Senior Designer

JOB SUMMARY

Bootlegger is actively seeking a Senior Designer who can adeptly meet our creative demands while ensuring smooth print production and adherence to corporate guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess experience in shaping creative aspects across the business, understanding design principles, corporate identity, and managing tasks and resource allocation for other designers.

Key Responsibilities

Designing the Client Brief:

• Interpret briefs through Trello, collaborating with clients to determine layout design.
• Generate designs and sample layouts based on layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Maintain updated briefs on Trello with client requirements and assign tasks for estimation.

Designing the Final Client Specifications:

• Develop graphics and layouts for illustrations and print materials.
• Review and enhance final layouts as required.
• Create detailed print specifications upon client approval.

Print & Production:

• Prepare layouts for printing and provide instructions for workers assembling final layouts.

Information Management:

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, and archive previous work products.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in signage, retail, campaign creation, social media, presentations, and e-commerce.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with our Brand CI.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 – 8 years of previous experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Qualification in Graphic Design (Essential).
• High level of creativity, innovation, attention to detail, and commitment.
• Strong integrity, values, and ability to accept creative direction and feedback.
• Portfolio showcasing original artworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
• Strong planning, organizational, and strategic budget management skills.
