ASSISTANT BARISTA TRAINER CT

We are pleased to inform you of the below internal vacancy within the Bootlegger group and invite you to apply for the position if you meet the requirements of the role. 

We require an energetic individual with the ability to up-skill staff and excite them about coffee quality. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage training workshops with new and existing clients.
• Ensure coffee quality standards are met at all our stores.
• Travel to stores and clients to do onsite coffee quality audits.
• Understand the workings of coffee equipment and can problem solve.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience as a Barista
• Previous experience with Barista training and running training workshops.
• SCA coffee training certificate (Advanced) will be beneficial.
• Good customer skills
• Driver’s license essential
