Our new concept, the XS store, is designed to be a grab-n-go experience for busy customers who are seeking convenience. They’re typically located in high foot traffic areas and appeal to those who don’t have a lot of time on their hands.
The smaller shop footprint and streamlined menu features items such as bagels, buns, salads, and the traditional Bootlegger takeaway fare. Some of them also offer ice cream and house freezochino machines.
While some seating is still available, along with the traditional Bootlegger Wifi and plug points, the focus is mainly on takeaway items. The white interior and layout differentiates an XS from our full-service stores and creates a clean and modern aesthetic.
