Meet the Blancs

For us, product development isn’t about adding more to the menu.
It’s about shaping where things are going.

Our new Blanc range - Mont Blanc, Matcha Blanc and Tiramisu Blanc, is a continuation of that thinking.

These drinks offer a different take on iced drinks. Not something you mix or customise. Something that’s made and served as intended.

No straws.
No stirring.

A drink that’s finished before it reaches you.

What makes them different

The Blancs are built with structure in mind.

Each one is designed to be sipped as-is, with a cream cloud finishing the drink and rounding out the profile. It’s a more considered approach. Less about altering it, more about trusting the build.

That thinking carries through into the flavours:

  1. Mont Blanc
    Espresso, orange, nutmeg, cream cloud
  2. Matcha Blanc
    Ceremonial Grade Matcha, agave, coconut, cream cloud
  3. Tiramisu Blanc
    Espresso, chocolate, mascarpone cream cloud

Why we made them

Globally, iced drinks have moved beyond simple iced lattes.

They’ve become more visual, more flavour-driven, and more intentional in how they’re served and experienced.

In South Africa, that shift is still taking shape.

The Blanc range is our way of contributing to that evolution, not by reinventing the category, but by refining it and bringing a format we believe in to our menu, in our style.

Part of something bigger

This isn’t a once-off launch.

Alongside the Blancs, we’ve reworked and improved our broader iced drinks range, from flavour to execution in-store.

Because the goal isn’t just to introduce new drinks.

It’s to continue building a category we believe has real room to grow.

The Blanc range is now available in all Bootlegger cafés, nationwide. Sit and enjoy or sip on-the-go.
