A lot of people don’t realise this applies to online purchases too, so here’s how to make sure your loyalty is linked correctly at checkout.
How it works
When you start the checkout process online, you’ll be asked if you’re a loyalty member.
Select YES.
From there, when you proceed to checkout and get asked for a phone number, make sure you enter the same phone number linked to your app account.
Once your order is complete, your loyalty will automatically reflect in your in-app wallet.
A few important things to know
- You only earn loyalty if your app-linked phone number is entered correctly at checkout
- Loyalty is added after the transaction is completed
- Loyalty earned online can currently only be spent in the app, not online
- Not applicable to coffee subscription orders
