Digital Marketing Manager

Bootlegger is looking for a qualified digital media specialist to join our team. If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, podcasts and blogs, this position is for you. Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement.

The perfect candidate will be someone who excel at the following:
  • Formulating a social media content plan
  • Managing social media platforms, (including content planning, copywriting, and community management)
  • Monthly blog posts/mailers and E-commerce updates (copywriting)
  • Outline and execute campaigns
  • Paid advertising on FB & Instagram
  • Updating E-Commerce site
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google My Business
  • Managing influencers
  • Thorough campaign, Website + analytics (pulling, creating, and sharing reports)
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and digital agencies where necessary
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments

  • Plan creative, effective digital media content with varying purposes
  • Have creative ideas on how to move the brand forward
  • Engaging with our customers across a range of platforms, reporting to our CRM team and escalating any complaints/good feedback
  • Briefing external digital agency partners on ads, allocating and tracking add spend
  • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback and input
  • Liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to work on diverse projects with varying timelines

Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity, or other media editing software
  • Experience with visual communication principles
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • SEO + Canva knowledge is advantageous
