Bootlegger is recruiting for a Marketing Manager based in Cape Town. This is a permanent position; salary is negotiable depending on experience and skillset. The successful candidate will be part of a team that works on a variety of projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI for all activities
- Analyse data and measure campaign performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns
- Manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as needed
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and speaking engagements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign concept development and strategy
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience managing a marketing budget and delivering measurable results
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities and research.Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and trends
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
